a decent stay
fresh fruit helpful staff unsafe area busy street
the breakfast exceeded my expectations. it included fresh fruit and pastries. the staff was helpful. they stored a bag for me.
the area felt unsafe. i noticed many young men hanging out in the nearby square. the hotel is on a busy street, which led to a lot of noise.

spacious room helpful staff dining recommendation
the dome room and a superior room were both spacious. every amenity needed was provided. the staff was amazing and helpful. the front desk staff offered recommendations for activities and dining via whatsapp. we had a nice time at the bar (melina was very kind!).
i found nothing about this hotel that i didn't like.

delicious option attentive team modern bathroom
The breakfast included many delicious options each morning. I found the team working at the hotel helpful and attentive to my needs. The bathrooms were large and modern they provided an excellent space for getting ready.
The street outside the hotel could get noisy at times.

This stylish hotel offered a welcome drink upon my arrival. My room had a glass-walled bath and Juliette balconieswith a special touch.. The breakfast buffet included hot egg options. The staff showed great hospitality. They offered assistance with any request I had, from directions to recommendations.
I noticed the absence of a full-length mirror in the room, which would have been a useful addition.

excellent stay
helpful staff quality breakfast convenient location
the reception staff were helpful especially mafalda and sophia i appreciated their cute energy the included breakfast offered a fantastic variety with quality items and a la carte options the wait staff including luis, were stellar the building displayed a magnificent heritage exterior combined with a modern and artistic interior. the location provided easy access to nice restaurants and was within walking distance of major tourist spots i found this convenient.
the street outside was a little busy and some noise from ambulances passing by was noticeable.
